Deep Space Drafts Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order from Deep Space Drafts. Because many of our products are made to order specifically for you, our return process works a little differently from a traditional retail store.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. Once the issue has been reviewed, we’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns and exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If you experience an issue with your order, however, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help whenever possible.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Deep Space Drafts is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, or the shipping carrier. Contact us if you still need assistance.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been submitted. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.
